Listening to What Is

I have been thinking a lot recently about the opening opportunities within life. I mean those portals to great peace and connection; those moments of knowing without any doubt that we are a part of a much bigger continuum. Listening to what is has become my mantra for pausing in the moment and gathering myself together to be in a place of trust. Whenever I do this, whether it be on a busy train, in a filming moment when I am juggling mics and cameras, in a workshop holding space for people or when I am waking up at 5 am with a worry, the practice is the same: Pause, check in, listen to what is. It is at these points of listening that I get the clear guidance about how to align myself even more in the present. Once I am present I can feel what I am connected with and wow it is incredible what we can feel ourselves connected with when we go deep.

A few years ago I came up with the Visionary triangle as a formula for reaching this place. Nature, Knowing and Trust are the three points of the triangle and Presence is in the centre. I later developed this triangle through the Story Practitioner courses to have a crown circle that was Intuition and then a wider circle that was Attunement. I developed the Intuition point from listening to the mountains and working with their peaks and the crown chakra, and the Attunement from working with the stone circles and connecting with the energetic field of their cricumference and then the body's aura. I realised that we have so many senses that can be switched on when we start to listen to the earth and its sites. This has all been work that is guided by Buffalo Woman, the guide who came through to guide me with the Visionary work in 2017.

The Earth is our Teacher is how the bison archetype is guiding me. I see the earth as a multidimensional energy that goes beyond an idea of gender. I see the roles that we play as humans as being aspects of the earth's multidimensional frequencies. I only know this because I listen to what is. When I listen I open up to more and more senses of what is operating.

This week I have been preparing the Mystery School year course as well as continuing to attune to the Cave and Drum Course that is working with its second of four caves at the moment. I have been guided to go deep into the Mystery schools around the planet because of my work with the earth and listening. The Mystery Schools are each earth based and have sites with spirits and cultural perspectives that have guided their development. My guidance is that we need anchored Mystery Schools for these times on the land where we are each at.

The caves are opening me up to portals through the realms and the spirits there are showing me how much we need to return to the earth to open up the pathways to the frequencies that will help us to come back in tune with the bigger picture. When we visit these places (in person or remotely) and become deeply present with them, they present us with a field of direct revelation that is fundamental to our opening up story fields of higher vibrational inclusion. Working close focus with caves and the frame dum has brought in another dimension to the Visionary triangle that is Membrane. The membrane is the central plane of the orb of the wholeness template - imagine it as a hoop - and when we meet it and how we meet it opens up a visionary conversation. The membrane is on the drum and it is also the rock face of the cave and the screen of the film.

Mystery Schools through time have always been about gnosis - about uncovering the truth. They are very Saturnian in the sense that we won't make it through the membrane and to the wider mystery unless we are aligned and in a place of deep honesty within ourselves. That is why the path to truth is a humble walk. That is why listening at such a conscious level is so important. Being connected to the matrix of wholeness and listening to what is needed for balance has been the task of sages and medicine people through all times. Seers and Visionaries were the original lawyers and a whole age of humans were guided by the instinct to work with their attuning instruments to keep the world in balance. When I listen to what is, I always return to the places where the humans listened understood themselves as a part of nature and cherished their role as caretakers of the earth and radio operators through a cosmic universe.

Listening to What is we can find our way back to balance and wider connection, one step at a time.
